Mushroom Soup Recipe

Ingredients :
• Mushroom – ¼ kg, cut off the stems and keep the caps aside.
• Butter – 3 tbsp
• Onion – ¼ cup, chopped
• Flour – 2tbsp
• Chicken Stock – 6 cups or vegetable stock can be used alternatively
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• Cream – for garnishing
• Parsely – for garnishing, chopped
How To Prepare Mushroom Soup:
1. Take 1 tbsp butter in a pan and fry mushroom in it lightly. Keep aside.
2. Now take a pan and heat the remainign butter in it. When the butter is hot add onions to it and fry till they become soft.
3. Add flour to it and stir-fry for a minute. Stir continuously to avoid lumps. Now add chicken stocks or vegetables and stir thoroughly.
4. Now add mushroom stems and caps to it and cook on slow flame till mushrooms become tender and soft.
5. Now add pepper and salt to it and stir thoroughly.
6. Mushroom Soup is ready to be served. Serve hot. Garnish with cream and parsely before serving.
