Bread Pakora With Paneer Recipe

Pakoras form the most important part of Indian snacks specially in rainy season. Pakoras with tea are a favorite combination of most people. We provide you with steps to easily prepare paneer bread pakoras for today’s tea. Have a finger licking experience.

Ingredients :

•    6-8 slices sandwich bread
•    1 onion, chopped
•    100 gm paneer or cottage cheese, graded
•    1 cup gram flour
•    1 ½ tsp garam masala
•    salt to taste
•    1 tsp chilli powder
•    oil for deep-frying
•    ½ tsp ginger garlic paste
•    water

How To Prepare Bread Pakoras With Paneer:

1.    Take a kadhai and heat 1 tbsp oil in it. Saute onion and ginger garlic paste in it.

2.    Now add salt, garam masala, paneer and  chilli powder and cook for some time. Remove it from flame and keep it aside.

3.    Now take the bread and remove its edges. Cut the slices into triangle shape. Keep aside.

4.    Now take  a bowl and add gram flour, pinch of salt and a cup of water to make a batter that has thick consistency.

5.    Take two bread slices and put paneer filling on one slcie and cover it with the other.  Take a kadhai and heat oil in it for frying. While the oil gets heated make such sandwiches of all the bread slices.

6.    Once the oil is hot, dip the sandwich in the batter prepared above and fry it till it becomes  golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

7.    Paneer Bread Pakoras are ready to be served. Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite chutney.
