Tikki is one of the most preferred snack of all Indians. For all those who are fond of aloo tikki but feel too lazy to move out, we provide you with easy steps to prepare aloo tikki. Follow the steps carefully and have a mouth licking experience.

Ingredients :

•    4 aloo/potatoes, boiled
•    1 onion
•    A handful fried peanuts
•    4 green chillies, chopped
•    Corriander leaves
•    ¼ cup oil
•    Salt to taste

How To Prepare Aloo Tikki :

1.    To prepare aloo tikki first take the onion and chop it into small pieces. Now take the potatoes, remove the skin and mash them in a bowl.

2.    Add the chopped onion to the bowl along with salt, coriander leaves,powdered peanuts and chopped green chillies.

3.    Mix all of them properly to form a paste. Make small balls from this paste and press them gently on the palm to form an oval or a circular shape as desired.

4.    Now take a tava and heat oil on it. When the oil is hot place these tikkis on it and roast them from both the sides.

5.    Aloo Tikkis are ready to be served. Serve hot with ketchup or your favorite chutney.
