Kaju Korma Recipe

Kaju Korma is one of the most sought after dish of all . Kaju Korma brings in the taste of Cashew nuts, khoya and Panner.  Following steps will help you to easily prepare Kaju Korma for tonight’s party….

Ingredients For Making Kaju Korma :

•    250 gm khoya (grated)
•    3 tomatoes(chopped)
•    250 gm paneer (cubes)
•    2 onion chopped
•    150 gm cashewnuts
•    1 piece of ginger chopped
•    20 gm raisin
•    1 tbsp desicated coconut
•    4 green cardamoms
•    1 stick cinnamon
•    4 cloves
•    2 bayleaves (crushed)
•    Salt to taste
•    ¼ tsp turmeric powder
•    Coriander leaves for garnishing
•    ¼ tsp garam masala
•    5 flakes of garlic (chopped)
•    2 tbsp ghee
How To Prepare Kaju Korma:

1.    Take a kadhai and heat butter in it. Fry paneer and cashew nuts till they become golden brown in colour. Keep aside.

2.    Also fry onion till golden brown. Now add garlic, ginger and tomatoes to it. Cook till tomatoes are done.

3.    Take a mixer and grind cloves, cardamoms, cinnamon and coconut to form a fine paste. Fry this paste for a minute.

4.    Now add bay leaves, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, rasin, cashew nut, paneer, garam masala, khoya and ½ cup water. Cover it with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.

5.    Kaju Korma is ready to be served. Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
