Ingredients For Making Cheese Corn Capsicum:
• 8 to 10 medium capsicums
• 2 to 3 flakes garlic, ground to paste
• ¾ cup corn kernels, boiled
• Salt to taste
• 1″ piece ginger, ground to paste
• 5 to 6 green chillies, ground to paste
• 1 tsp sugar
• ½ cup grated cheese
• 1 tbsp oil
How To Prepare Cheese Corn Capsicum :
1. Take a vessel and heat oil in it. Add the grounded paste to it and fry for a minute.
2. Add the cheese, salt, corn, and salt. Stir well and cook till the water evaporates. Keep it aside.
3. Now take the capsicum and just below the stalk slit it. It should look like a jar with a lid. Scoop out the seeds from it. Boil water and place them in it for 2-3 minutes.
4. Drain and put it on a kitchen towel in order to drain out excess water. Fill the stuffing and cover it with the caps. Secure with the sting.
5. Now place them in a casserole, dab with little butter and bake in a pre-heated oven till they become tender.
6. Remove the strings after baking them.
7. Cheese Corn Capsicum is ready to be served.
