Arbi Palak Recipe

Ingredients :
· 2 onion, chopped
· 2 bunches spinach
· 8 to 10 Nos. arabi
· 8 garlic flakes, chopped
· 2 tomato, chopped
· 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Spices :
· 1 tsp jeera
· 1¼ tsp red chili powder
· salt to taste
· ¼ tsp turmeric powder
How To Prepare Arabi Palak:
1. Take a pressure cooker and cook arabi in it. Remove the skin of arbi and mash it. Keep it aside.
2. Take a grinder and grind spinach in it. Cook in a pressure cooker with a pinch of salt. Keep it aside.
3. Take a non-sticking skillet and place it on medium heat. Heat oil in it and then add jeera. When it crackles put onion and cook till they become brown.
4. Add tomatoes to it along with spices and little water.
5. Add mashed arabi and cook for 5 minutes. Stir it well.
6. Arabi Palak is ready to be served.
