Mooli Aur Palak Ka Paratha Recipe

 Ingredients :

For  the dough :

·       1½ teacups maida

·       2 tbsp ghee

·       1½ teacups gehun ka atta

·       ½ tsp lemon juice

·       1 teacup, spinach, chopped

·       1 tsp salt

For the stuffing :

·       salt to taste

·       2 green chillies, chopped

·       2 teacups radish, grated

·       2 tbsp coriander, chopped

 

How To Prepare Mooli Aur Palak Ka Paratha :

1.  In order to prepare the dough, take liquidiser and mix lemon juice and spinach with 2 tbsp of water.

 

2.  Take the flour and sieve it with salt. Also add the ghee and stir it properly.

 

3.  Add the spinach mixture to it and make a semi-soft dough by adding enough water to it.

 

4.  In order to make the stuffing, take radish and sprinkle a little salt over and keep aside for ½ hour. Squeeze out water from it after half an hour.

 

5.  Add coriander , salt and green chillies to it.

 

6.  Now take a little dough and roll out into rotis. Cook it lightly from both sides on a tava and keep aside.

 

7.  Before serving take one roti and spread some mixture on it. Turn the other side over it so that it becomes like half moon.

 

8.  Cook it on tava by applying some ghee. Cook on both sides.

 

9.  Mooli aur Palak Ka Paratha are ready to be served. Serve hot with curd.
