Aloo Ki Puri Recipe
Aloo ki puri is one of the favourite breakfasts of mostly all Indians. We provide you with steps to prepare Aloo puri easily. Follow the recipe carefully and grab your bite.
Ingredients:
· ½ teacup milk
· ghee for deep frying
· 2 teacups maida
· 2 tbsp melted ghee
· 2 potatoes, boiled
· 2 pinches pepper powder
· ½ tsp salt
· 2 pinches saffron
How to Prepare Aloo Puri:
1. Take potatoes and peel them properly. Grate them and make a paste.
2. Now take flour, ghee, salt and pepper and mix it properly. Add mix and saffron and mix it well. Alternatively, saffron colour can also be added to milk. Prepare a dough by kneading. Keep is aside for 1 hour.
3. Now take a kadhai/wok and heat ghee in it for frying. Roll the dough in small puris and deep fry till they puff.
4. Aloo Puris are ready. Serve hot with aloo sabji or achaar (pickle).
