Paneer Pakora Recipe

Paneer Pakora is a variety of fried snack eaten across South Asia. Some of the common ingredients, for making Pakodas are chicken, onion, paneer, cauliflower, tomato, potato, spinach and chili. Paneer Pakoras are favourite among many Indians. Try this easy to make recipe of paneer pakoda!
Ingredients for making Paneer Pakoda:
- 250 gms paneer
- 1 cup chickpea flour ( besan )
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- 1-2 green chili ( jalapano )
- ½ cup water
How to make Paneer Pakora:
- First of all mix first set of ingredients well.
- Then beat in a blender for 4-5 minutes to incorporate air ( this will make the better fluffier)
- Then let better rest ½ hour in a warm place.
- Now cut the paneer into thick cubes.
- Then sprinkle little salt, chili powder on the cubes.
- Now deep fry in oil that is heated to 375*.
- Then drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
- At the end serve the paneer pakoda with coriander or mint chutney.
