Paneer Korma

Ingredients for making paneer korma :
• ½ kg paneer, grated
• 1 cup cream
• 3 onions
• ½ tsp garam masala
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp ginger and garlic, finely chopped
• ½ cup tomato, boiled and mashed
• Little pinch of orange food colour
• 1 tsp salt
• 10 to 10 raisins
How To Prepare Paneer Korma:
1. Take onions and grind it in mixer.
2. Now heat butter or ghee in a kadhai and add garam masala and raisins to it.
3. Add garlic, onions and ginger to it and cook for few minutes. Add tomato puree and cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Now add grated paneer and cream to it and cook for a while, stir properly. Add salt and sugar and fry for 2 minutes.
5. Paneer Korma is ready to be served. Garnish with raisins before serving.
