Microwave Paneer

Microwave Paneer is a healthy and nutritious Paneer dish cooked in microwave. Paneer is quite popular among Indians and the ultimate choice for most of the non-vegetarians. Here is a tasty and healthy recipe to help you learn how to make/prepare Microwave Paneer. 

Ingredients for making Microwave Paneer:

  • 200 gms paneer-cut in ½”  cubes
  • 1 capsicum- cut into thin long strips
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 5-6 flakes garlic-crushed
  • 2 tbsp ready made tomato puree
  • ½ tsp sugar and garam masala
  • ¾ tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp dhania powder
  • Salt to taste

 How to make Microwave Paneer:

  1. First of all in a frying pan, add oil and garlic and as soon as the oil is hot, add the tomato puree, salt, sugar, red chili powder, and dhania powder and garam masala.
  2. Then mix well. Add capsicum and sauté for one minute.
  3. Now add the cottage cheese mix well and microwave high uncovered for 3 minutes and serve hot.
