Chili paneer is yet another paneer sabzi that most of the vegetarians love. Chili paneer with loads of taste and flavor is just one vegetarian dish that one can hardly resist. I bet you you’ll not be satisfied with a single piece of it. It is a type of dish which takes just little time and is relished by most of the food lovers. Try this easy to make chili paneer and delight your family and friends! 

Ingredients for making chili paneer:

  • 350 gms paneer
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup corn-flour
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 cup coarsely chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp sliced green chilies
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • ¼ tsp aginomato
  • Oil for frying
  • Little water 

How to make chili paneer:

  1. First of all cut the paneer into cubes.
  2. Then mix together the cottage cheese, 1 tsp salt, egg, corn flour ginger, garlic, water to just coat the paneer pieces with the mixture.
  3. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces coated with mixture till golden brown.
  4. Then heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a wok and stir fry the onions in it over high heat for half a minute.
  5. Now add the green chilies, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto and the fried paneer cubes.
  6. At the end mix well, and garnish the chili paneer with finely cut spring onions and coriander.
