Keema Mutter Recipe
Keema Mutter is one of the most sought after dishes of all non- veg lovers. Following steps will help you to reach your favorite recipe easily.
Ingredients:
1 cup shelled green peas
1/2 kg minced meat
1 cup grated onions
1/2 cup ghee
2 tsp cumin seeds
4 cloves
1 tsp garlic paste
seeds of 1 black cardamom
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
a small piece of cinnamon
1 tsp ginger paste
2 cups chopped tomatoes
salt to taste
1 tbsp coriander powder
4 peppercorns
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp chilli powder
How To Prepare Keema Mutter:
Take a heavy-based pan and heat ghee in it. Add the cloves, cinnamon, cumin seeds, peppercorn, bay leaves and cardamom.
Cook till the seeds start to splutter. Then fry ginger, onions and garlic in it till the fat separates.
Add coriander powder, tomatoes, turmeric, chili powder and salt. Stir and cook till the ghee starts coming up.
Increase the flame and add peas and mince to it. Stir till the mince seems fried. Simmer and sauté till cooked through and fat separates.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot. Goes well with rumali rotis.
