Jeera Lassi is a popular refreshing Indian drink. Jeera lassi is the salty version of lassi, which seem to be most popular in Punjab and Gujarat. Learn how to make Jeera Lassi by following this easy recipe. 

Ingredients for preparing Jeera Lassi  

  • 3 cup Curd
  • 1/2 tsp dry-roasted Cumin Seed Powder
  • 1/3rd cup Ice-Water
  • To taste Salt
  • 6 Ice-cubes
  • 2 tsp Cream (optional)
  • 2 tsp Lemon Drink (optional) 

Method to prepare Jeera Lassi  

  1. Place the curd, cream, lemon Drink, ice water and salt in a blender.
  2. Blend for 2 minutes.
  3. Add ice cubes and blend for another few seconds.
  4. Add a pinch of cumin powder and blend for 5 seconds.
  5. Pour the above prepared lassi into glasses, sprinkle remaining cumin.
  6. Serve immediately.
