Banana Milk shake is truly amazing drink. If you want a rich, frothy drink with the added health benefits of potassium and fiber, then banana milkshake is the answer. Learn how to make banana milk shake by following this easy recipe.
Ingredients for preparing Banana milk shake
- 2 cup Milk
- 1 firm ripe Banana
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground Nutmeg (Jaiphal)
Method to prepare banana milk shake:
- Place the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan over a high heat.
- Bring it to boil, stirring constantly, then reduce the heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
- While the milk is simmering, place a banana, sugar and nutmeg in a blender and process until pureed.
- Pour 1 cup milk into the blender and process for another minute.
- Add the remaining milk and process for 1/2 minute.
- Pour the milk in warmed mugs or cups and serve immediately.
