Ingredients for Banana Lassi 

  • 1 cup Curd (plain non-fat Yogurt)
  • 1 peeled and sliced ripe Banana
  • 2 tsp Sugar or to taste
  • 1/4th tsp Cardamom Powder(optional)
  • crushed Ice-cubes 

Method to prepare Banana Lassi:

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend in a blender till they get smooth.
  2. Pour in glasses and Serve chilled with crushed ice.
