Ingredients for making Aam Panna
- 6 medium sized Green Mango
- 1 tsp dry-roasted and grounded Cumin Seed
- 1/2 tsp Red chili Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tsp Sugar
- 33/4th cup Water
- 12 crushed Ice-cubes
- 3 tsp chopped Mint Leaves
Method to prepare Aam Panna
- Take a sauce-pan, place the mangoes with water in it and boil till the mangoes turn soft.
- Simmer the burner for 10 minutes.
- Squeeze the excess water, peel and pulp the mango with a spoon.
- Place the pulp in a deep bowl.
- Add water, sugar, salt, chili and cumin.
- Whisk thoroughly.
- Stir in the mint and whisk again.
- Serve chilled with crushed ice.
