Ragi Roti
Ragi Roti is a highly nutritious and healthy food. Ragi Roti is not eaten on regular basis yet quite popular recipe among Indians. Here is an easy recipe to help you make Ragi Roti.
Ingredients for making Ragi Roti
• Ragi flour
• Onions(finely chopped)- 4
• Curry leaves
• green chillies- finely chopped
• Grated coconut- 1 cup
• , Sugar little
• Salt to taste
• Coriander- 1 bunch
• water to make dough
How to prepare Ragi Roti
1. Take a large bowl, put coconut, green chilies, onions, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and salt in it with little water.
2. Add the ragi flour with some more water and mix properly so that it mixes with other ingredients (This dough should be like chaptai dough).
3. Set aside for some time.
4. Put some oil on tava (cooled tava).
5. Roll small portions of dough to form medium sized roti.
6. Apply oil around the roti and bake at low flame till it is done with the lid closed.
7. Eat the ragi roti with delicious pudina chutney
