Pudina Roti
Pudina Roti /mint roti is departure from the normal rotis that we eat. Pudina (mint) Roti is served on special occasions. Here is an easy recipe for pudina roti. Follow the steps and reach out of favourite mint roti within minutes.
Ingredients for making Pudina roti:
For the dough :
• 2 teacups gehun ka atta
• ½ tsp salt
• 5 teacups ghee or refined oil
For the stuffing :
• 1 teacup mint, finely chopped
• 2 green chillies, chopped
• ½ tsp amchur powder
• 1 tbsp dried bread crumbs
• ½ tsp salt
How To Prepare Mint/Pudhina Roti :
1. To prepare the dough mix all the ingredients and make semi-stiff dough using water.
2. Knead properly and keep for ½ hour. After that knead it again properly and divide into 8 equal parts.
3. Roll out each part into thick round using little flour.
4. For making the stuffing mix all the ingredients of stuffing properly.
5. Prepare a chappati of the dough and put 1 tsp stuffing in the centre. Bring in the edges in the centre and seal it.
6. Heat a tawa and grease it with oil. Fry the chappati on it till brown patches appear on both the sides.
