Mughlai Paratha

Ingredients for making Mughlai Paratha

• 1 1/2 cup wheat flour (atta)
• 1 1/2 cup refined flour (maida)
• 1/4 cup rava (semolina)
• 3/4 cup oil
• 1/2 cup milk
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying

How to prepare Mughlai Paratha

1. Put the wheat flour, refined flour,rava,salt ,water and oil in a bowl, mix them and Knead with the help of water, making  soft pliable dough Cover and keep aside for atleast 30 minutes.
2. Divide the dough equally into balls.
3. Roll out each ball and apply oil on it, then pleat it and make a circular roll.
4. Press and roll out again into a bigger round.
5. Place the paratha on a hot tava and roast on both sides.
6. Heat oil in a shallow pan and shallow fry this roasted paratha in it.
7. Serve hot with curd (yogurt) or any vegetable curry.

    Another mouth watering recipe. When we tried making Mughlai Paratha and posting it on our blog, it suddenly shot upto the top post. Interestingly however, the comments were pretty less (2) as compared to lesser popular posts.
