Mahi Mahi is quite a delectable dish. A quick easy dinner that is healthy and delicious!! The flesh has a sweet flavor which makes it unique and irresistible dish!!! This is a very elegant and beautiful recipe. Try this easy to make Mahi Mahi recipe and enjoy!!
Ingredients for making Mahi Mahi:
- 2 Ounces crabmeat
- 4 Mahi Mahi fillets, cut into halves
- 1/4 Cup finely diced celery
- 3/4 Pound avocado, finely diced
- 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
- Dash Worcestershire sauce as required
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
How to make Mahi Mahi:
- First of all, preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.
- Now, take a bowl and mix in crab meat, mayonnaise, avocado, celery and lemon juice.
- Next, mix in salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Keep aside.
- Now, take a lightly buttered baking pan, place fillets on it.
- Now spread evenly with above prepared mixture.
- Finally, bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!!
