Ginger Fish Recipe

Ginger Fish is a truly delicious fish dish. As the name suggets, Ginger is one of the main ingredients for preparing ginger Fish. Just follow this easy recipe for ginger fish and enjoy the ginger fish with your family.

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp oil
• 1/2 kg fish fillets
• 1 sprig spring onion, chopped finely

For Sauce:
• 1 tbsp vinegar
• 2 tbsp water
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 2 garlic flakes
• 1 tsp sugar
• 3 tsp grated ginger
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp red chilli powder

How To Prepare Ginger Fish:

1. Make a thin paste by mixing all the ingredients for sauce.

2. Wash and clean the fillets and cut them into pieces. Place the pieces into baking dish.

3. Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add the sauce paste in it and cook for 5 minutes on slow flame.

4. Pour the paste in the pan over the fish fillets kept in baking dish.

5. Garnish with spring onion and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degree F.

6. The Ginger Fish is ready to be served.
