Fish Pakora is a truly mouth watering Indian snack. When it comes to snacks then Pakora is definitely one of the most preferred choices of Indian food lovers. We have given an easy recipe to make your favourite fish pakodas. Try out the following recipe to make Fish Pakora and enjoy the evening….

Ingredients:

•    4 white fish fillets (steamed and cut into pieces)
•    Oil for deep-frying
•    2 tbsp corn flour
•    A large pinch of salt
•    2 eggs
•    A pinch of red chili powder
•    2 tbsp lemon juice
•    1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

How To Prepare Fish Pakodas:

1.    Make a batter with beated eggs, chili powder, coriander leaves,salt, lemon juice. Also add corn flour and mix well. Corn flour helps in making a smooth batter.

2.    Take a kadhai or a deep frying pan and heat oil in it.

3.    Dip each fish piece into the batter properly so that the batter covers the fish evenly.

4.    Deep fry the pieces in oil till they become golden brown in color.

5.    Serve the pakodas hot with mint chutney, green chutney or ketchup.
