Fish Mushroom Recipe

Fish Mushroom is quite popular among most of the fish lovers. Fish is the most popular sea food and there are varieties of fish available. Fish mushroom is liked by many non-vegetarian lovers. We have provided a very easy method of how to make fish mushroom. Follow the recipe and enjoy your fish mushroom.

Ingredients:

•    1 cup button mushrooms, washed and chopped
•    500 gms fish fillets
•    1 tbsp cornflour
•    Salt as per taste
•    3 tbsp butter
•    1/2 cup milk
•    2 tbsp celery, chopped finely
•    1/4 carrot, shredded
•    1/4 cup boiled peas
•    1/4 tsp black pepper
•    1/8 tsp oregano

How To Prepare Fish Mushroom:

1.    Take the fillets, clean them and cut them into medium sizes.

2.    Take a pan and heat 2 tbsp of butter in it. Cook the fish fillets till they flake easily.

3.    Heat 1 tbsp butter in another pan and add cornstarch. Stir continuously for 3 minutes. Add milk and stir continuously, to avoid lumps.

4.    Now add mushrooms, carrot, peas, oregano, salt and black pepper. Cook till it becomes thick.

5.    Now pour this over the cooked fillets. If fillets have become cold then warm them in oven and then pour the sauce.

6.    Fish Mushroom is ready to be served. Garnish with cerely before serving and serve with bread.
