Fish Fingers are amazingly flavored dish!! Simple to make, delicious to eat, this quick dish is sure to add rich flavors to your snack time. Your kids can’t get enough of it. It goes well with cocktails and juices. Following steps will help you to prepare yummy Fish Fingers.

Ingredients for making Fish Fingers

  • 500 gm Fish (boneless and skinless)
  • 2 tsp All Purpose Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 tsp cooking Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard powder
  • Oil for deep frying
  • Bread crumbs for coating
  • 1 tsp Salt

How to make Fish Fingers (Step By Step)

  • First of all, take the fish and with the help of sharp knife, cut it into finger shaped pieces.
  • Now, rub salt, lemon juice and pepper powder mixture on the fish fingers and refrigerate them for 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, mix together beaten egg and flour in a bowl.
  • Now, take the fish finger and dip them in the above mixture.
  • Then wrap them in bread crumbs properly.
  • Finally deep fry the fish fingers until they are golden brown.
  • Place them on paper towel to drain excess oil.
  • Serve hot with ketchup or tartar sauce.
