Mushroom Omelette Recipe
Mushroom Omelette or omelet is a truly delicious dish. Mushroom Omelette is one of my personal favourites. Here is an easy recipe for you to learn how to prepare Mushroom omelet.
Ingredients for making Mushroom Omelette:
• 2 Eggs
• 2 tsp chopped Button Mushroom
• 1 small size chopped tomato
• 5 small sized chopped Onion
• a pinch of Mustard Powder
• 1/2 tsp White Pepper Powder
• 2 tsp oil
• butter
• salt to taste
How to prepare mushroom omelette
Beat the eggs thoroughly in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper powder, mustard powder, chopped small onions and chopped tomato in it.
Heat oil in a pan and add the washed and sliced mushrooms.
Fry the mushrooms in the oil for 2 minutes and then take mushrooms out from pan and keep them aside.
Now, melt the butter on a non stick pan over a medium flame and put the beaten eggs on it.
Spread the eggs evenly around the pan and sprinkle the mushrooms on top of the layer.
When one side gets light brown, fold the omelette into half with a wooden spoon.
Remove from the flame and serve hot with bread slice.
