Ingredients for cooking Egg Pakora

•    4 Eggs (hard boiled)
•    3 tbsp Gram flour (Besan)
•    ¼ tsp Red Chili powder
•    ¼ tsp Black pepper powder
•    1 chopped green chili
•    Oil to fry
•    Salt to Taste

How to make Egg Pakora

•    Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into 2 halves.
•    Heat oil in a pan.
•    Take gram flour, salt, green chili, red chili powder, black pepper in a bowl and make a thick batter using water.
•    Dip each egg piece into batter and deep fry on medium flame, till they turn golden brown.
•    Serve Egg Pakora hot with chutney or sauce.
