When it is and Indian recipe for Egg Omelet, it has to be somewhat spicy, which adds lots of taste to it. Here is an easy recipe to help you prepare two egg omelet /omelette.

Ingredients for making 2 egg omelet:

•    2 Eggs
•    1 finely chopped green chilies
•    1/4th finely chopped onion
•    1/4th   finely chopped tomato
•    2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
•    1/4th tsp red chili powder
•    1/2 tsp garam masala
•    1 tbsp milk
•    Oil to fry
•    Salt to Taste

How to prepare Egg Omelet (Method)

•    Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
•    Beat the eggs and add milk, chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander, garam masala powder, salt & chili powder.
•    Beat the mixture until it is foamed.
•    Now, spread the mixture in the pan and cook over low heat till mixture becomes firm and then flip it to fry the other side.
