Egg Korma
Egg Korma is very easy to prepare and liked by all. Egg Korma can be served with rice or be had with parathas too. Egg Korma is loved and savoured by people in the sub-continent. Here is an esy recipe to help you repare egg/anda korma.
Ingredients for cooking egg korma:
• 6 eggs
• 6 onions, chopped into big pieces
• 1/4 cup milk
• 2 tbsp cashew nuts
• 8 green chilies
• 1 cup grated coconut
• 3 tbsp coriander powder
• 3 tbsp ghee or butter
• 1 stick cinnamon
• 6 cloves
• Small ginger piece
• 2 cardamoms
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• Salt to taste
How to prepare egg korma:-
• Make the paste of green chilies, cloves, cinnamon, grated coconut, coriander powder, cardamoms, ginger and turmeric.
• Separate egg yolk from the eggs and with the help of beater, beat the eggs.
• Add egg yolk, milk and salt in it and beat again.
• Boil the water in a deep pan and add the above prepared mixture in it and continue boiling.
• Remove the water and cut the material taken out from the water in pieces.
• Fry the cashew nuts in ghee till they turn golden brown. Add onion, grounded paste and salt and fry for 4-5 minutes, then add ¼ cup water and boil.
• Now add egg pieces and cook till gravy thickens.
• Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot with Plain rice or parathas.
