is it neccessary to boil (steamed)spinac ??

cant we directly chop spinac in mixy and thn add chhoped spinac in flour ?

I’ve got impression that chicken pakora had been developed in Glasgow/Scotland somewhere in 90′s … almost sure of that so lets call it semi traditional Indian/Scottish starter
