Peanut Chutney adds lots of flavour to Indian snacks. Peanut is a very nutritious and oil rich fruit. Peanut chutney has, thus, a very delightful taste. Peanut chutney goes well with idli and many other such preparations. Find here easy recipe for peanut/moongfali recipe.
Ingredients for making peanut chutney:
- ½ cup peanut
- 3-4 green chilies
- Few coriander leaves
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Sugar or jaggery as per taste
How to make peanut chutney:
- First of all soak peanuts in little water for half an hour. Shell them and keep aside.
- Then chop the green chilies. Blend the peanuts and chilies.
- Now add salt, sugar or jaggery and cumin powder and mix again. When serving add leman juice.
