Peanut Chutney adds lots of flavour to Indian snacks. Peanut is a very nutritious and oil rich fruit. Peanut chutney has, thus, a very delightful taste. Peanut chutney goes well with idli and many other such preparations. Find here easy recipe for peanut/moongfali recipe. 

Ingredients for making peanut chutney:

  • ½ cup peanut
  •  3-4 green chilies
  • Few coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar or jaggery as per taste 

How to make peanut chutney:

  1. First of all soak peanuts in little water for half an hour. Shell them and keep aside.
  2. Then chop the green chilies. Blend the peanuts and chilies.
  3. Now add salt, sugar or jaggery and cumin powder and mix again. When serving add leman juice.
