Mint/Pudina Chutney is probably one of the most popular Indian condiments. Mint is an aromatic perennial herb. It is used in preparing many Indian condiments. It has a mouthwatering fragrance. Here we are bringing a new recipe of mint. Try this mint ki chutney and enjoy your foods.
Ingredients for making mint/Podina chutney:
- 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tbsp tamarind pulp
- Salt to taste
- Little water
How to make mint /Pudina chutney:
- First of all to make tamarind pulp soaks little tamarind in water and keeps aside for 2 hours.
- Then strain the mixture in a bowl with the help of a spoon. To make tamarind juice adds little water to the pulp.
- These days ready made pulp is available in the market. Wash the mint leaves well.
- Now grind it to a smooth paste with green chilies, salt and tamarind juice.
- You can add water if the mixture is thick.
