Mint/Pudina and mango are probably the most used materials for making various condiments and pickles in India. Mint and mangoes are a very good mix for chutney. It makes a smell which will increase your hunger. So try this at your home and enjoy your food.

 

Ingredients for making mint and mango chutney:

  • Handful of mint leaves (pudina leaves)
  • 1 onion (pyaj) medium
  • 4 green chilies (hari mirch)
  • Salt to taste
  • 180 gms fresh raw mangoes (Aam)

 

How to make mint/Pudina and mango chutney:

  •  
    1. First of all peel the mangoes and remove their stones.
    2. Then grind the mint leaves, chopped onion, green chilies and mango pulp together into a fine paste.
    3. Now mix with salt.
