Indian mango chutney has a sweet and sour taste. It’s a mouthwatering condiment. Mangoes are the most favorite fruit for pickles and chutney. Here is an easy to make recipe to help you to learn how to make Indian mango chutney.
Ingredients for making Indian mango chutney:
- ½ kg mangoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup vinegar
- 250 gms ginger, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
How to make sweet mango chutney:
- First of all mix all ingredients and give the mixture to boiling.
- Then reduce the heat and simmer for about 45 minutes till the mixture thickens.
