Dhaniya chutney or Dhaniya ki chutney is one of the most popular Indian condiments. Dhaniya or Coriander has its own aroma for which it is well known. Coriander chutney will goe well with pakoras and many other such preparations. It has an important place in an Indian thali. Here we are presenting a different recipe of coriander chutney. Try it and enjoy your food.
Ingredients for making Dhaniya chutney (coriander chutney):
- 1 bunch coriander (cilantro), chopped
- 3-4 green chilies
- 1 small onion
- 1 lemon juice
- 3 tsp sugar
- A pinch of amchoor
- 2-3 flakes of garlic
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder to taste
How to make Dhaniya chutney:
- First of all mix all ingredients in a blender.
- Now blend all ingredients thoroughly to make a paste. Add little water if required.
- Serve it with any main course or snacks.
