Curd Chutney is yet another popular Indian condiment. Curd is a rich source of calcium and lactobacillus. It is easy to digest. You can eat dahi ki chutney with bhajiwada and many other such preparations. Here is an easy recipe to help you learn how to prepare curd chutney.
 

Ingredients for making curd chutney: 

  • 125 gms curd ( dahi), hanging
  • 3 green chilies ( hari mirchi)
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves ( pudina leaves)
  • 1 level tbsp amchoor
  • Salt to taste
     

How to make curd chutney: 

  1. First off all beat the curd, grind green chilies and mint leaves finely.
  2. Now mix in the curd and add salt.
  3. Serve the delicious curd/dahi chutney with fried dishes.
