Ingredients for making curd chutney:
- 125 gms curd ( dahi), hanging
- 3 green chilies ( hari mirchi)
- 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves ( pudina leaves)
- 1 level tbsp amchoor
- Salt to taste
How to make curd chutney:
- First off all beat the curd, grind green chilies and mint leaves finely.
- Now mix in the curd and add salt.
- Serve the delicious curd/dahi chutney with fried dishes.
