Coconut chutney is more popular in South India and relished with most of the South Indian dishes. Coconut is one of the most popular tropical crops. Coconut is used in many forms. Like coconut milk, raw or dried kernel. Here is an easy recipe to help you to prepare coconut ki chutney.
Ingredients for making coconut ki chutney:
- 1 fresh coconut ( grated)
- 3 fresh green chilies as per taste
- 2 tbsp cilantro or coriander leaves( chopped)
- 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
- 1 tbsp split peas (roasted)
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- Salt to taste
How to make coconut ki chutney:
1. First of all mix all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Then grind coarsely and serve with idli, dosa or many other such preparations.
