Carrot Chutney is another variety of Indian chutney or condiment. Carrots are the red-orange root plant. Generally you make halwa, achar and salad from carrot. It is a healthy and tasty vegetable. Here is an easy recipe to help you learn how to prepare carrot/Gajar ki chutney.
 

Ingredients for making carrot chutney:

  • 200 gms grated carrots
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves, chopped
  • 4 green chilies
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Grounded pepper as per taste
     

How to make carrot chutney:

  1. First of all mix all ingredients in a jar.
  2. Now grind them and make a smooth consistency.
  3. Here is your delicious mouth watering Gajar/carrot chutney is ready to be served
