Carrot Chutney is another variety of Indian chutney or condiment. Carrots are the red-orange root plant. Generally you make halwa, achar and salad from carrot. It is a healthy and tasty vegetable. Here is an easy recipe to help you learn how to prepare carrot/Gajar ki chutney.
Ingredients for making carrot chutney:
- 200 gms grated carrots
- 2 tbsp grated coconut
- 1 bunch coriander leaves, chopped
- 4 green chilies
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Grounded pepper as per taste
How to make carrot chutney:
- First of all mix all ingredients in a jar.
- Now grind them and make a smooth consistency.
