Banana is probably the most common fruit of India. People generally eat bananas in almost every part of India. Here, we are bringing a new recipe of banana, which is banana ki chutney. I hope, you will enjoy it a lot.
Ingredients for making kele ki chutney:
- 6 Bananas ( Kela), ripe
- ¾ cup vinegar ( sirka)
- 3 tsp salt ( namak)
- 1/8 tsp of cinnamon ( dalchini) powder
- 2 ground cloves ( lavang)
- ½ tsp red chili powder ( lal mirchi)
- 1½ cups of sugar ( cheeni)
- 4 tsp raisins ( kishmish)
- 4 tsp blanched almonds ( badam)
How to make Banana chutney:
- First of all peel and chop bananas.
- Now cook with vinegar to a pulp and then stir in sugar until it dissolves.
- Then remove from the fire. Mix raisins, almonds (slit into halves), salt, chili powder and ground spices.
- Now cool it. Stir it and pour into clean jars and cork tightly. Serve after 2 days.
