Banana is probably the most common fruit of India. People generally eat bananas in almost every part of India. Here, we are bringing a new recipe of banana, which is banana ki chutney. I hope, you will enjoy it a lot.
 

Ingredients for making kele ki chutney:

  • 6 Bananas ( Kela), ripe
  • ¾ cup vinegar ( sirka)
  • 3 tsp salt ( namak)
  • 1/8 tsp of cinnamon ( dalchini) powder
  • 2 ground cloves ( lavang)
  • ½ tsp red chili powder ( lal mirchi)
  • 1½ cups of sugar ( cheeni)
  • 4 tsp raisins ( kishmish)
  • 4 tsp blanched almonds ( badam)
     

How to make Banana chutney:

  1. First of all peel and chop bananas.
  2. Now cook with vinegar to a pulp and then stir in sugar until it dissolves.
  3. Then remove from the fire. Mix raisins, almonds (slit into halves), salt, chili powder and ground spices.
  4. Now cool it. Stir it and pour into clean jars and cork tightly. Serve after 2 days.
