Tangri Kebab is one of the most popular starter dishes in India and other parts of Indian sub-continent. Chicken tangri kebab is usually had as a snack. It tastes awesome with green and red chutney and onion rings. Here is an easy to make Chicken tangri kebab recipe to help you prepare the delicious dish.
Ingredients:
- 2 large leg pieces of chicken
- 1 tblsp lemon
- 1/2 c curd
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tblsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- Edible color
How to prepare chicken tangri kebab:
-
- Take the chicken pieces and wash them clean and slit them randomly
- Take all the ingredients (except salt) and mix them together.
- Take the slit chicken pieces and put it into the mixture and keep aside for an hour
- Now add salt in the whole mixture.
- Take chicken piece and grill them turning slowly till they are fully cooked from all sides.
- Its time to relish the delicious chicken tangri kebab! Sprinkle lemon juice on tangri kabab and serve with chutney and onion rings
