Chicken Afghani is a popular dry chicken dish, popular in India, Pakistan, Afganistan and other parts of the world. If prepared well, Chicken Afgani is awesumin taste. Here is an easy recipe for preparing Chicken Afgani.

Ingredients for making Chicken Afgani:
• 1 Small whole Chicken
• 1/2 cup Cream
• Salt To Taste
• 1 1/2 tbsp Cashewnut paste
• 1 tbsp Khuskhus (Posto / Poppy seeds) paste
• 1 tbsp Magaz (Melon Seed) paste
• 2 tbsp Butter
• 2 tsp White pepper

How To Prepare Chicken Afghani:
1. Take a bowl, clean the chicken and keep it aside.

2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, make a paste and marinate the whole chicken well with this.
3. Keep the chicken marinated for four hours.

4. Grill in a tandoor (charcoal grill) till the chicken is golden.

5. Serve the murgh afgani hot with onion rings and mint chutney.
