Ingredients for making Almond Cream cake:

•    Eggs – 3
•    Powdered sugar – 1 cup
•    Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
•    Chilled cream – 1 ½ cups
•    Sugar – ½
•    Flour – 2 cups
•    Baking powder- 2 tsp
•    Salt – ½ tsp
•    Sliced almonds- for sprinkling on top

How to prepare Almond Cream cake:

1.    Take a bowl and beat eggs in it one by one and add powdered sugar to it. Add it over hot water till mixture becomes light and fluffy. To this add vanilla essence. Keep aside.

2.    Whip cream and sugar till it becomes thick. Now take this cream mixture and fold it in to the egg mixture. Keep aside.

3.    Sift flour, sugar and baking powder. Now fold this mixture into the above prepared mixture.

4.    Take two 8” floured and greased moulds and sprinkle the almonds in them. Now pour the cake batter in it.

5.    Bake the moulds for 20-25 minutes at 180 degree C. Turn out.

6.    Almond Cream Cake is ready to be served. Serve it warm.
